Questions before you start
Do my customers need an app or an account?
No. A link or QR code opens the survey in their phone's browser. They tap a score and they're done.
Can Plezo email my customers for me?
No, on purpose. Plezo gives you the question to paste into your own newsletter or order email, so it never needs a list of your customers.
What counts as a response?
One customer's answer to a survey, with or without a reason.
What if I go over my plan?
We'll email you the day it happens. You then have a week to move to a bigger plan before your surveys stop taking answers for the rest of the month.
Can I ask more than one question?
Not in one survey. Each survey is one scored question and an optional reason, because that's what people finish. For a second question, make a second survey.
How do I choose a plan?
On the Plan page in your dashboard, whenever you're ready during your 14 days.
Can I cancel?
Yes, whenever you like.
